Ok place looks very nice and clean problem is that we got here later then thought and in stead of maybe being a little kind because of the hour of the morning they wouldn't even consider to offer a little less for the room and besides that they didn't have any internet connection and couldn't pay with a credit card honestly every palace inn that I have been to they are not overly friendly and show no concern towards others so I am not staying at the palace inn or even book a room because of people actually don't care
This place is perfect. Very clean and big rooms. Everything still looks brand new. Price is extremely reasonable for the quality of room. Diamond in the rough.
It's obvious the owners have done an amazing job with this place inside and out. They have done an exceptional job that remodeling and paying attention to every detail. I'm giving this review five stars because the staff when I checked in it was very nice and cordial in the place has great curb appeal and the rooms are extremely clean and quite big with no bugs in the beds are extremely comfortable in the room even has a new couch. As good as the owners are paying attention to details they did miss one minor thing the refrigerator in the room does not work properly. Nobody's perfect and nobody can pay attention to every single detail so overall I give this place five stars. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend this to anybody also they have smoking rooms available that are really really clean.
Really surprised by the quality of hotel for the price. My room was clean and bed felt comfortable. I even had a toothbrush and mouthwash on my sink. It's not the Bacara, but for the price, it's tough to beat.
Very clean, spacious, and affordable for a suite with kitchen. The bed mattress was firm, and almost seemed new - no lumps or bumps. It's very close to restaurants and FM 1960.
The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is also a convenient location with a lot to offer in the surrounding area.
